tecnolog\u00eda en Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compartimos algunos insights del estudio <strong>\u201cHablemos de tecnolog\u00eda\u201d<\/strong>, desarrollado para <strong>AVON<\/strong>, cuyo objetivo fue entender c\u00f3mo viven las mujeres de la regi\u00f3n su v\u00ednculo con el mundo tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcca El estudio se realiz\u00f3 en <strong>febrero de 2026<\/strong> y relev\u00f3 las opiniones de <strong>m\u00e1s de 2.400 mujeres<\/strong> de <strong>Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Per\u00fa, M\u00e9xico y Ecuador<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los resultados muestran una realidad llena de matices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a1 Para muchas mujeres, la tecnolog\u00eda ya funciona como <strong>motor de autonom\u00eda, aprendizaje y desarrollo<\/strong>.<br>\u26a1 Pero al mismo tiempo <strong>persisten barreras culturales y sesgos simb\u00f3licos<\/strong> que todav\u00eda condicionan la forma en que se percibe su relaci\u00f3n con la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estamos frente a una transici\u00f3n interesante:<br><strong>el cambio cultural ya empez\u00f3, pero algunas representaciones todav\u00eda no se actualizaron.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entender estas tensiones es clave para no solo para construir un ecosistema tecnol\u00f3gico <strong>m\u00e1s inclusivo, diverso y representativo, sino para reducir las brechas de g\u00e9nero que afectan a las mujeres trabajadoras y emprendedoras.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<section id=\"g-p0eqlm1\"
